Thanks Denis. I understand where you are coming from. I am aware of the blur, very much so, but I felt it worked as an image in that it manages to convey something. I should had hyperfocused to ensure the sharpness of the passerby. I had taken several and never realized; I don’t like to look at the digital screen after taking the shot after every shot in a street environment because I’m afraid I might lose something. Anyhow, I chose to keep two from that session as there was enough working in favor vs against the composition. This, of course, is one of them.

    Cheers!

This composition needs the blur. Otherwise we could not see & feel the movement. And it’s perfect in contrast to these yelling colours. Well seen & masterly captured, Luis!

All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Fritsch, thanks a lot. You summed up what encouraged me to share this one. I kept it in color because the moving subject blends in with the rest and though –she was obviously ducking out of courtesy of not being in my shot of the art– she sort of played into my intent and in a way I did not expect to help the composition. Cheers!

    Gran trabajo.
